Just Nan JOY

Just Nan Joy counted cross stitch pattern leaflet. Nan Caldera.  Stitch count 82h x 37w.   Appears like-new however there is a deep crease across left side (can be seen in photo).  Does not affect charts use, it is on the thread list side of chart.
